Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Recipe

- 1 ripe banana (ideally frozen)

- 1 cup of milk of your choice (oat, almond, dairy, etc.)

- ½ cup of Greek yogurt (optional: for an extra 12 g protein content)

- 1 tablespoons natural peanut butter

- 1 scoop (~30 grams) of chocolate protein powder (plant-based or whey)

- 1 serving (1 ½ tablespoons) of Earth Powder

- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

- Cold water (you can add extra water to achieve desired thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and place it in a blender (or take frozen banana from freezer)
  2. Add milk, peanut butter, protein powder and Earth Powder to the blender.
  3. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
